I have always felt at home in the environment of the Family Health Center (FHC). The patients of the FHC remind me of my family and community. I feel privileged to work daily alongside colleagues who are mission-driven, compassionate, and tireless advocates of those who are most vulnerable.

I worked as a research assistant at SFGH with the Center for Vulnerable Population after graduating from college. I was inspired during my time speaking to patients at FHC, the former GMC and CPHC throughout my years between college and medical school. I then returned to the FHC for my residency training.

I am usually reading about 3 books at a time: a fiction, a non-fiction, and a biography. Also, I’m originally from Hong Kong and moved to the US when I was 10 years old.
