Các câu hỏi thường gặp

What is MyChart?

MyChart is a website and a free mobile app that is free to use. It offers patients online access to parts of your medical record. It is a safe and secure way to manage and receive info about your health. You can use MyChart to:

  • Request visits.
  • View your health summary.
  • View test results.
  • View doctor’s notes about your care.
  • Request medicine refills.
  • Access trusted health info.
  • Send and receive online messages from your medical care team.
How do I sign up?

Patients who want to use MyChart will be issued an activation code during a visit. You will need this code to log in and create your own account. If you do not have a code, you may ask to sign up at your next visit.

My activation code does not work. What should I do?

For your security, the code expires after 14 days. It also stops working after the first time you use it. You can request a new code at your next clinic or hospital visit.

I forgot my username. What should I do? I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click the "Forgot username" or “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page to recover your username or password. Contact our MyChart help desk at 628-206-2200 if you need help.

Who do I contact if I have more questions?

What languages are supported on MyChart?

The website for MyChart is in English and Spanish. Once you log in, your medical data may be in English only.

Can I give someone else, such as a family member, access to MyChart?

Yes, you can. This is called proxy access and allows another person to view your health info on MyChart. You will need to sign a form to allow them to have this access. Parents or legal guardians may also request access to a child’s medical record.

The Medical Records office (628-206-8640) can provide more info about this proxy form.

You can also change your mind and remove proxy access at any time.

When can I see my test results in MyChart? Why are certain test results not shared in MyChart?

Almost all lab test results are sent to your MyChart account once they are ready. Some tests might take up to 5 days to be posted to MyChart; these include results for HIV, Hepatitis, and a few others.

Some of my health information on MyChart is not correct. What should I do?

Please contact the Medical Records office to update your medical information at 628-206-8640.

I sent a message to my doctor or nurse. When can I expect a reply?

You will usually get an answer to your MyChart message within 3 business days.

How is MyChart secure?

We work hard to make sure your health record is kept private and secure. MyChart uses activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. All messaging is also done while you are safely logged in.
