Richard H. Fine People’s Clinic (RFPC), formally known as GMC or the General Medicine Clinic, provides comprehensive, high quality primary care services to patients who are 18 years of age or older. Our doctors are UCSF faculty who teach medical students and residents.

Appointments at the Richard H. Fine People’s Clinic (RFPC) are available Monday through Friday, and there are appointments during the evening four days a week.

The 1M Richard H. Fine People’s Clinic is located in the main hospital (Building 5) Outpatient Clinic Lobby. If you have Medicare or Medi-Cal insurance, please check- in directly at the health clinic. Otherwise, please check-in first with Registration in the lobby. The Registration line has a blue rug.
