The 1N Oral and Maxillofacial Clinic is located in the main hospital (Building 5) Outpatient Clinic Lobby. If you have Medicare or Medi-Cal insurance, please check-in directly at the health clinic. Otherwise, please check-in first with Registration in the lobby. The Registration line has a blue rug.

La Clínica Oral y Maxilofacial 1N está ubicada en el vestíbulo de la Clínica para Pacientes Ambulatorios del hospital principal (Edificio 5). Si tiene seguro de Medicare o Medi-Cal, regístrese directamente en la clínica de salud. De lo contrario, pase primero por el área de registro ubicada en el vestíbulo. Patient financial responsibility notification: please expect to receive two (2) bills for services:

  1. For the doctor’s time, UCSF will bill you for:
    • Exams and Consults
    • Physician Surgery
    • Extraction(s)
    • Anesthesiologist  (General Anesthesia, Procedural Sedation)
    • Radiologist (Reading of X-ray)
  2. For the space and equipment used, SFGH will bill you for:
    • Basic Exam
    • Minor Surgery (Local)
    • Surgery (IV/General Anesthesia)
    • Surgical Repair
    • Medications (Penicillin or Hydrocortisone)
    • Radiology Exam
